It’s a short stroll from the café downhill to Gibsons Landing on the waterfront, where artisan vendors at Gibsons Public Market sell candied salmon jerky, handcrafted charcuterie, and the like. The most picturesque place for lunch, weather permitting, is the outdoor terrace at Drift Cafe & Bistro, where you can watch the sailboats blow out from the town marina while tucking into a bowl of white wine mussels or, come autumn, whatever local chanterelle-filled dish is on offer from the forage-friendly chef. ![]()
